What I am most excited about with all of these readings is the wide variety. I think it is really cool that we are getting to learn about all different kinds of regions and areas. I am really excited for the Native American units. Being from Texas, and traveling to California a lot, I think I will find a lot of interest in that unit. The single unit that peaked my interest the most was Week 12: nursery rhymes. I have always loved nursery rhymes, and I am so excited to learn more about their origins and how they were all created. I am excited that we get to pick our own readings, and make a schedule for ourself. It is really helpful for me to see this whole semesters readings laid out, even if a few things change here and there.
