I have always been a person to be very hard on myself and sometimes get stuck on negative things. It touched on focusing on the bad news over the good news which was also very interesting to me. I am the kind of person when given the choice to hear the good or bad news first, I always pick the bad. I think the HEAL method is a great way to focus on positivity instead of getting stuck on the negative aspect of things.
